Aquatic bodywork is a healing journey for your body and your soul. A weightless, fluid dance of movement and stillness utilizing the natural flow and resistance of the warm water, stretches, compression, joint mobilization, massage (Shiatsu, Craniosacral, Swedish) and your body’s own innate wisdom to heal through movement.
Over the course of a session, your muscles relax, your body unwinds, your mind loosens its hold on you… You become fully embodied and begin to experience deep meditative states.
While being floated, you are both contained and liberated, held and set free, embraced and unbound. As your body surrenders to the therapeutic flow of the water, your thoughts begin to dissolve, allowing you to transcend both space and time.
